We provide a Community forum for our Members to use. We do have some restrictions on use. For example, Community is not to be used to promote non-ethical websites or any commercial activity.
We don't screen individuals' information before it's posted online and we aren't responsible for any of this information or opinions expressed. By posting a message, comment or any information you agree that you're fully responsible and liable for your comments, including if those comments are offensive, defamatory or breach the Harmful Digital Communications Act 2015.
If we become aware of any harmful, offensive or otherwise unacceptable messages, we'll take appropriate action.

In order to use our Services, you only need one account. So, you can't register as a Member under multiple identities, personas, or aliases (whether they are false or not). You may create a business membership in addition to your personal one, and it needs manual approval and must not be used as a personal ID.

Subject to your email preferences, we may contact you with information or promotions about our other Services that we think you'll be interested in. We also send emails and e-newsletters to some of our Members, where we think they'll be relevant. You can unsubscribe from all emails and newsletters that don't contain important information about using Academic Fellows.
By using Academic Fellows, you agree that we may use your name, institution name, and logo in our marketing materials, case studies, website, and social media to showcase our user community and demonstrate the value of our platform.
Such usage will be respectful and will not imply endorsement of our Services unless you have explicitly provided such endorsement. We will not use your trademarks in a manner that infringes your rights or misrepresents your relationship with Academic Fellows.
You may opt out of this marketing use at any time by contacting us in writing at support@academicfellows.com, and we will cease such use promptly upon receipt of your request.
Academic Fellows offers a free basic membership as well as paid subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, and annual) for individuals and businesses. Each plan provides different features tailored to your needs.
When you choose a paid subscription, payment is collected securely in advance for the subscription period (monthly, quarterly, or annually), depending on the option you select. All fees are non-refundable except as specified below in our Refund Policy.
You are always in control of your subscription: you can update your plan, payment details, or cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings.

We will notify you in advance if there are any changes to subscription pricing or features, so you can make informed decisions.
We strive to provide uninterrupted access to Academic Fellows. However, we are not liable for any service disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, internet outages, cyberattacks, or infrastructure issues. We do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from temporary unavailability of the Services.

You may close your account at any time through your account settings. Upon closure, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle, after which your account and data will be processed according to our Data Retention policy.
Upon account termination or closure, your personal data will be securely deleted within 90 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, for tax, legal, or regulatory purposes).
Before closing your account, you may request to export your data by contacting us at support@academicfellows.com. We will provide your data in a portable format within 30 days of your request.
Certain anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for research, analytics, and platform improvement purposes, but will not be identifiable to you.
